problem reporting - the how to's

When you submit your problem report, it is entered into our database for tracking purposes and will be associated with the account name you used to access this website. After an initial assessment by our support staff, problem resolution will be assigned to the appropriate person. Periodically we will post notices regarding problems reported by our customers in either the known problems sidebar, tips, or on our page with frequency asked quesitons
