Technical Support Policy
Telephone technical support is available at no charge 30 days after purchase or upgrade - the 30 day period begins with your first telephone support call.
Thereafter, telephone technical support is available as follows
- on a per incident basis at $50 per incident
- on an annual subscription basis at $400 per annum
- a 3-incident support pack (3-pack) is available for $125 (a $25 saving)
- a 6-incident support pack (6-pack) is available for $225 (a $75 saving)
There is no charge for technical support via e-mail or fax.
We will respond to e-mails and faxes within 2 business days.
There is never a charge if a support incident reveals a program bug.

You can request specific enhancements for future releases of the product or for the web site.
